Helps set up my mixing room

When troubleshooting standing wave problems in my mixing room, these pads helped separate my studio monitors nicely from my mixer. Improved sound. Simple and inexpensive.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Great price

They help a little to stay standing on the wooden floor.

You help a little on the wooden floor to stop the sound transmission. I would feel burnt if I paid $120 for two pieces of styrofoam and that was it. And that's all the competition is selling. Buy them for a fraction of the cost, foam is foam.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • So far so good

Ideal for bookshelf speakers on hard wood surfaces

Bought these to send Klipsch RB-51 bookshelf speakers to my home office. They fitted perfectly and added the angle I needed to improve the sound. The insulation from the solid wooden dresser they stand on was a real plus. Highly recommended

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • poorly thought out

I wish it was more aggressive

The product holds the speakers well and offers some acoustic isolation from the shelf in my opinion. My set had about a 1/4 rise/fall angle. I would like it to be more aggressive. Due to this malfunction, neither raising nor lowering the corner is really possible with these stands.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

If your speakers vibrate on the seat base, you should be aware of it.

The material is made of high-density foam with a high-quality feel. The size and shape are perfect for my speakers and virtually eliminates vibration on the seat. Once the speakers sit squarely on the foam, you'll hardly notice them, so they're not intrusive. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Negative is present

Perfect fit for my desktop speakers

These foam pads do the job perfectly. I got concerned after ordering after reading the reviews that said the foam rubber just crumples under the speakers. However, upon receipt of the goods, these foam pads hold my speakers securely and lightly, almost without succumbing. It takes very heavy speakers to crush, you should be able to use them for the vast majority of desktop speakers.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Expandable

these works. Maybe.

They are thinner and less dense than I expected. I had to double them to keep my monitors from being lifted off the table. They're supposedly designed for 5-inch monitors, but they're not thick enough to support the weight and barely wide enough for my monitors. speakers but I'll order some of the more expensive ones and see if the quality changes.

Pros
  • The best
Cons
  • There are bugs

Came sealed but dirty! One had some white powder on it

Cheaper than most - foam only costs them 25 cents. I thought they were thicker but not by that much. They come in bags but one has a bunch of powder at the bottom like someone has donut hands and wrapped them. (At least I hope it's donut powder and not drugs or toxic chemicals.) I took a damp cloth, wiped it off and immediately washed my hands. Oh, and yes, they support speakers! A bit small (length) for an ELAC Uni-fi UB5 bookshelf, perfect size for KEF Q100, perfect size for your small studio

Pros
  • Useful not only for its intended purpose
Cons
  • embarrassing
