The best thing about this app was its ability to connect me with my audience in real time! I could see what they were saying or reading online at any given moment through their profiles. This made it easier than ever before as we can now work together much more efficiently by being able to have conversations within minutes instead having days between posts/comments etc - which used be our norm previously when not using an application like rilo insighs!!
