Easy to navigate and user friendly interface

I like how it helps you see your progress, as well has helping me understand my strengths & weaknesses in comparison with others at work! The analytics are quite helpful too - so if there's something wrong or not-so great about one of our projects/productions then we can easily find out why this happened (and who was responsible for such!). Nothing really bad yet but i might say some minor glitches heren'there when viewing reports etc., nothing serious though :) Give them chance they're young…

Pros
  • User friendly interface + accessibility to all employees regardless their level.
  • Easy navigation into system using simple shortcuts eases users experience further improving user adoption rate among workforce members ;)
  • Good reporting capabilities that help management better understanding what is happening inside orginal environment; ) Integration possibility makes integration options possible across different platforms making whole process transparent even beyond original environments where
