Easy to navigate and user friendly interface
I like how it helps you see your progress, as well has helping me understand my strengths & weaknesses in comparison with others at work! The analytics are quite helpful too - so if there's something wrong or not-so great about one of our projects/productions then we can easily find out why this happened (and who was responsible for such!).
Nothing really bad yet but i might say some minor glitches heren'there when viewing reports etc., nothing serious though :) Give them chance they're young team just starting up - best way would be hiring more experienced ones later down stream from now ;) Keep growing together!! We use RPA tools mainly because its easy enought access by everyone within organisation without any special training required unlike other internal software solutions which require dedicated resources only available during working hours / weekdays :).
