I had a similar lock on a trailer and the deadbolt stopped working. It was a simple replacement part that was replaced in less than 5 minutes and works great.

The door lock that came on our new toy tractor for us wouldn't work without wiggling the key. Ordered as a replacement and installed in under 10 minutes with the small screwdriver provided. This woman is Mrs. Fixit!

Locked in the campervan while camping had to drill out the old lock because the keys didn't work. The original pen supplied by Forest River was of poor quality. This mechanism is much better and works easier. The set comes with larger handle wrenches. Overall happier with it than the factory grip.

We bought this because we lost the keys to our 2001 Keystone Hornet motorhome. Our open doorway was about 1/8 inch smaller, but it still worked. It was very easy to install. We are happy to be able to lock ourselves up again when travelling. much cheaper than a locksmith. Thanks!

The lock shank in the original latch on our 2007 Keystone Outback is worn. It was a cheap/easy replacement. I fitted a latch but kept the stronger standard door/strike. The keys look pretty crappy but I imagine all van locks would be pretty easy to pick if you were determined. At least now it doesn't have the same key as every other motorhome.

Very easy to install and comes with a screwdriver! I liked that it comes with 3 different length screws for different door thickness. Good product. I am a locksmith and the trailer owner lost the keys. It's cheaper and easier to pick the lock and replace than trying to find the right blank keys and cutting the keys. The new lock came with 4 keys, the customer was very happy and that's all that matters! Thanks!
