I like that it has an easy to use interface for all levels of users, from entry level employees up through supervisory personnel. It's also very flexible in terms of what you can do with your data/information within the system as well as how much customization one needs to make their own customizations - if any at all. I like that you can create your own custom fields, which makes it easy to customize to our specific needs. In addition, it has a lot of different options for reports, which helps with analyzing data from the system. It's also easy to use once you get used to it. There are several features we dislike about RitePro, but they all have their advantages as well. For example, it is difficult to see how current production orders compare to historical orders. I like the ability to track parts through the supply chain/manufacturing process with real-time updates. Also, having all of your inventory in one place makes purchasing parts much easier (and less costly). Not very intuitive to use at first. I like that this tool allows us to manage our inventory in one place, which reduces errors and makes it easier for customers when they are looking at their needs/requirements from a project perspective as well as an item level view of what we have available within stock levels.
