Tried to find quality, small finger pads like the discontinued Le Creuset that fit both. My smaller hands and my husband's large hands fit perfectly, but they are too thick, too big, too stiff and too bulky for the purpose. They can be great for other purposes, but not as really hot finger pads. It's hard to understand why nobody can keep up with them and obviously I'm not the only one chasing them. I have very small hands and these are perfect. They snap on and off with ease, but won't slip off when you're working with a hot/frozen dish. There is less space for the thumb than on the other side. They will shrink and fade, so be careful when cleaning them. Found them at a local store and had to order them because I'm temporarily out of town and realized I can't cook well without them.
