Tried to find quality, small finger pads like the discontinued Le Creuset that fit both. My smaller hands and my husband's large hands fit perfectly, but they are too thick, too big, too stiff and too bulky for the purpose. They can be great for other purposes, but not as really hot finger pads. It's hard to understand why nobody can keep up with them and obviously I'm not the only one chasing them. I still have a few pairs that we guard carefully, these are the ones we reach for constantly, they're perfect for grabbing the edges of hot items when a thicker pad just gets in the way and is too bulky. Anyway, I've sent this pair back and am still looking for a smaller, well-made replacement for the real fingertips.
