Received this DV yesterday and am delighted with Revain's new international shipping options. The valve itself looks fine. But the springs look old, the paint is cracking everywhere, the quality of the paint is terrible as far as I can tell. Looking at the springs I would have thought it was used. However, the valve itself and the rest of the packaging is decent. Manufacturer's tip: Spending a little more money for a decent spring paint job sucks.
