Not bad overall. The material differs slightly from that used to make the original remote control, but this does not affect it. Now I have to point the remote at the TV instead of the TV, but for the price I don't mind.

The remote is great value for money. It replaced the remote control my son lost. The remote worked immediately after I put the batteries in. All TV functions work as expected from the remote control.

The left arrow key stopped working after 2 months. If you press very hard in a very specific spot, which I will find 1 time in 30. Most likely, this is an isolated case of bad craftsmanship. Probably a bad connection on the board or something. But I'm not completely satisfied and wouldn't recommend it.

I had to replace the original remote control that we received with the TV. This one stopped working for some reason after falling to the ground for the millionth time. That's great. It's literally the same, only the Sony logo isn't on it. It feels a little different (you know what I mean - after touching the remote a million times it has a certain feeling), but I'm sure it will feel the same after a small break.

This device does not have Bluetooth, so no voice control and you have to point it at the TV. Otherwise this is a direct replacement in terms of button layout and features at a fraction of the Sony price.
