I bought these for a 2007 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner. I bought 4, I needed a 5th spare tire (sold separately). They were installed by a reputable local tire fitter and the TPMS light went out and stayed off. There was a small problem with a core leak, but tightened quickly with a core tool and it stopped and was fine for a couple of months. Time will tell the battery life.

I purchased this kit after two of the four sensors failed in my 2009 Prius. I needed new tires for the front and thought I'd take the opportunity to replace all the sensors. That was only a few weeks ago and so far the light has not come on and my tire pressure is consistent with the frequent manual checks. I have been very happy with your purchase so far. I bought these for my Corolla 09. Dealer and body shop gave me about $100 or quoted $10 for EACH sensor. In my experience they are very easy to connect and require no programming. I installed them when I did the balancing and camber. First the TPMS light came on again, maybe a day after installation. Bought another brand that didn't have ID codes, 2 tire shops couldn't figure out how to read codes so returned and bought this set. Codes are stamped onto each sensor, connected to Techstream and programmed in minutes. They were live before I fitted them to the wheels to make sure they worked. Tire pressure sensors aren't easy. It is very difficult for an ordinary person to install. You will also need a special tool or program to sync them to your car's computer. First, take photos of the sensors right out of the box. You need their serial numbers to program them. DO NOT INSTALL SENSORS BEFORE NOTES YOUR SERIAL NUMBERS.
