Connects to the heat pump circuit and works well. Prevents all electrical components from turning on when the outside temperature changes.

We use them for temperature control in poultry houses. This is my second order. And will continue if replacement is needed.

After a few days it started randomly turning on on different differentials. Bad quality control. Do yourself a favor and buy an equivalent from Johnson Controls.

I connected this temperature sensor to my electric resistance heater for my heat pump. Post-heating is now available until the outdoor temperature falls below my setpoint. My heat pump can maintain an indoor temperature of 70F for any outdoor temperature above 10F.
