It's larger than the one it replaced so it was more difficult to install than intended but the quality and functionality are very good.

I tried replacing my old ballast with a 2-lamp lamp, it didn't work, I found differences in the connection diagrams, so I gave up and threw it away.

Replaced an old electronic ballast with this one. The old ballast had more wires but I successfully installed this one following the clear diagram on the unit's label. I ended up replacing the fluorescent bulbs with Philips InstantFit LEDs and they work great with this ballast.

Works great - arrived on time, well packaged, had to remove the light from the wall and rearrange one of the mounting screws coming from the back - as this replacement is longer than the original. No problem. As another commenter mentioned, there is a noticeable delay between when the light switch turns on and when it lights up. I attribute this to the high efficiency of this starter, but that's just a guess. Also very quiet! Good.

Robertson make the best electronic ballasts for fluorescent lighting. I'm slowly replacing all the lazy ballasts that came with my home storage lights with Robertson electronic ballasts. It seems that the smallest (lowest wattage) T5 twin bulb light fixture can power two F28 bulbs. I only had F8 and F13.
