I have an office job and can't live with a second pair for more than 8 months. Extremely comfortable but terrible design. As the toe flexes as you walk, the black on the front cuts through the suede, leaving a hole. Bought both pairs. When I contacted customer service I said I could send them back and get another pair in 6-8 weeks if they turned out to be defective. They were obviously defective as both pairs made it in the same place. Finally left with another product because I can't wait that

They are no longer dark chocolate brown as pictured. They are also significantly less noticeable in materials in general. $30 shoes I can buy three times less over the counter at Walmart FYI if you want to know why the quality has gone down it is because ROCKPORT has only recently become a privately held company consider this a death flag for him because now they will sacrifice quality and do whatever it takes to return loyalty to the milk brand, to return the purchase and then generate revenue
