Perfect Fit For Me: Marine Amplifier

Installed all Rockville Marine speakers, subwoofer, amp and head unit in my old boat. The sound is amazing even after almost falling rain and winter weather. The system still works perfectly. Highly recommended. Actually replaced all the speakers in my truck and put a Rockville amp and sub in my truck.

Very impressed with the marine electronics

My 18 year old JL Audio 500/1 was finally frying me up and I didn't feel like spending much on a new one so I went down the cheaper route and expected cheaper delivery results . But when I installed it and paired it with my JL W3, I was completely amazed. They knock harder than I expected and it goes on and on. Modef is worth the money. I just hope this lasts for a while.

Good amp. My second Rockville

Works well so far. I installed it on my boat within a month. He pushes the kickers kmf12 and kmf 10in. The only thing I would say is tension pig! This thing kills my battery in an hour. Even with the engine running, if my engine speed doesn't go above 2,000 rpm, the voltage will drop as the bass hits and the amp cuts out. So now I need to upgrade my batteries.

Bass Remote Sucks/ AMP is not suitable for marine use at all! DO NOT THINK!

What can I say, this is the worst purchase I've made. I bought one and after 2-3 days it was filled with water inside. It died instantly. The 2nd replacement broke after 1 week. The bass console is completely open at the bottom and all equipment is exposed. Water and moisture penetrate very easily. DO NOT BUY FOR BOATS!

Understand what you get.

I thought all Rockville amps would work well with Rockville speakers. This amplifier is for low frequencies only and should not be purchased for full-size speakers. The seller was a bit rude that it couldn't be clearer what they are for but I'm not a frequency specialist. I'll admit I'm old fashioned and used to connecting amps to crossovers. I didn't know that amps could only be for bass. Be careful, all you need is power for the bass/sound. The seller didn't return the item so I need to use…
