High-end with a small blemish

Although this model is quite expensive compared to other models, it has all the bells and whistles. Probably more than you really need, but it doesn't hurt to have options. The built-in lights and OLED display are a sight to behold once your build is set up. The layout is very solid, there are more than enough USB ports, the WiFi is quite strong, and the look and feel are of excellent quality. I really like everything about this board except for one downside. The chipset heatsink frame (at…

  • Confident
Cons

Great premium board

great board. The only problem I had was that it came pre-installed for overclocking. I didn't understand why my Ryzen 3900x gets so hot with the standard cooling. Then I found that it overclocks automatically. As soon as it was turned off, the temperature dropped. The stock cooler works fine if you don't want to overclock. Please note that the Noctua NHD-15S will not work on this motherboard as it covers one of the PCI-E slots. Very good motherboard, highly recommended.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • not trendy

Unreliable. on Computers & Accessories

I love Asus products and have been supporting them for almost 20 years. This board is beautiful, feature-packed and has an amazing build quality. I've had nothing but headaches with this platform. I'm tempted to throw everything away or sell it "AS IS" on eBay so I can go out and buy something else. I have a second board and a third processor (x2 3900x and now I'm on a 3900xt) but I'm still having the same issues with the system not posting randomly. I'm getting CPU code error 00. I can clear…

Pros
  • Top marks for support and longevity from testers
Cons
  • Not automatic

*update* latest unstable bios "RIP Wallet, Smiles for days "

*update* latest unstable bios, I don't recommend Pros: Best looking x570 board so far Waste of VRM Aqueous cooling looks amazing LCD screen and dual glass way mirror Outstanding great VRM design Plenty of USB/IOBest Bios Cons: Price justified for ASUS, don't hate top boards if you don't have money to spend.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Can I add something

Fine Board Best in Computers & Accessories

board set works great and offers some nice overclocking features. There is a lot of controversy about the price of this board, but compared to other $700 boards, it's not overpriced for what you get. That's comparative when you consider what you get for other vendors' $700 boards (compared to their other cheaper models). To be honest, this board should probably only interest you if you're running a water-cooled system, and more for aesthetic reasons (because it looks cool). If you're not going…

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • The Weak

Great board, still waiting for my Ryzen 9 3900x but would like to optimize the preview. To the people who only complain about 5G LAN, would you ever seriously use 10G LAN bandwidth if you had it? Probably no. Few players would do that, and it's still a game board. I'll be using it in a workstation environment with a NAS and I doubt I'll be able to fully utilize 5G. Coming from an older board with 1G LAN this is a nice upgrade. I will post pros and cons and thoughts on quality and performance…

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Sad packaging

The best x570 board and an overclocker's dream.

This is a one piece kit. Passive cooling but with the ability to use VRM with liquid cooling make this motherboard excellent and top notch for overclocking. It even has settings to use Ln2 (liquid nitrogen). Apart from amazing overclocking abilities, it also has 2 built-in heatsinks for 4th gen m.2 drives that perform better than I expected. Plenty of PWM fan headers, RGB headers, onboard RGB that thankfully can be turned off, and an easy-to-read display so you don't have to guess why it won't…

Pros
  • Heavy duty construction
Cons
  • No mold required

Looks good, works badly

This mobo is really mixed. I wouldn't recommend it over cheaper alternatives, but let's see why: Pros: The board is heavy and feels premium. The aesthetic is neutral. Lots of neat connections on the board (high amp water pump + extra appreciated) -Built-in water cooling keeps the board relatively cool. The Bad: - Asus has decided to put a chipset fan on this board which they are announcing to the water cooling community - The Asus Aura Sync software is rubbish, it messes up and needs to be…

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Premium product, great for demo builds but nobody needs

This is a premium X570 board with all the right features, but the Hero version costs hundreds less and offers the same performance (minus the extra 2.5GB LAN ). If your budget fits or you're going for a demo build, especially one with custom liquid cooling, this is a great option (and smaller than the X570 Aqua). I like it and the OLED screen feels good. The RGB implementation is also more stylish here than in the Hero version.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • High price
