That's a great jacket. I gave it three stars because my son is 9 and wears a 10-12 US, I had to buy this 14-16 so he could move! Buy two sizes bigger!

Water collects in bubbles and rolls off this jacket. The perfect raincoat to send my son to the bus stop in the morning. I don't have to worry about him going to school wet.

I love the jacket, what I didn't like was that I used the back order option. Obviously it was awful. I was sent a small when my previous order was medium. Lesson learned.

The jacket looks good and is well made, but it is not waterproof as advertised. Also, the sizes run small, so I recommend ordering one size up.

Ordered size L for my 8 year old, think I will need a little more to last a while. It fits very well with a little more room, I thought it would be more (maybe even need to roll up the sleeve cuffs). I ordered the same jacket but with a different print for his older brother (separate review) and he is the same (he is 10 and ordered XL). Also, the color is bright and true to the picture. My son loves the look and says it's comfortable. Seems to stay dry.

I bought 3 of these jackets for 3 children. I like her high visibility when we camp and travel a lot and it makes it easy for me to see her and others while riding my bike. Good quality; lightweight but offers some warmth and water resistance. All my kids are an average height and weight and I wanted to increase the size based on the reviews. I've heard many and ordered more. My almost 5 year old is tall and skinny, I ordered him 7/8. He's big enough to grow, but not too big. I think it was the right decision. The jacket looks high quality, the print is cool, my son doesn't want to take it off even in the sunshine. It also withstands light rain well. Haven't tested it on anything heavy yet but my son stayed dry in it for days in light rain. We take him to the coast (West America, cool, gray and often drizzly) for a bigger test.
