Good, definitely worth buying

This is a great little travel tripod. Stacks less than most. Well-built solid aluminum construction, not flimsy. The ball head is nice and smooth. The handle locks and unlocks smoothly. Great buy, must order another $20. The set includes a travel bag and an additional fast plate.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Very expensive

Great tripod for the price!

Can't believe I bought it for less than $20. It's a bit heavy for me, over 2 pounds, but it's very durable, has a ball head and Arca-Swiss mount, and comes with a carrying case. The tripod is a bit difficult to put in and take out of the bag as it needs to be bigger or just come with a strap.

  • Certified
Cons
  • Quality

Was a great deal not much now

I am totally blown away by how beautiful it is. Very well made, all metal construction. All fittings are tight and perfectly finished. I needed a travel tripod for my m43 panasonic gx7. Perfect. I expect it to be suitable for most mirrorless and possibly very light DSLRs. Note. I paid $26 for mine, the price has gone up a lot.

  • Great for me

Excellent brand, quality product, light weight and great carrying capacity!

This is AWESOME! Excellent quality and very durable. I've been researching travel tripods meticulously for a few days and came across this Revain offer on Rollei carbon fiber travel tripods. Technically, this is literally the lightest travel tripod I could find that can handle a decent weight capacity. The tripod is marked with FotoPro exclusively for Rollei. Rollie is a well known (I think German) brand. The price was great. I couldn't be happier!

Excellent tripod in Complete Tripods

I have just received this tripod and I am very impressed with its quality, especially for the money I paid. Corners, everything looks very smooth. The tripod comes with its own pouch and a couple of hex tools to adjust the resistance to leg movement. Additional adjustment as it is not required for tripod setup. The legs have a locking mechanism. When you open them they have a lock that prevents them from opening again unless you press a button on each leg. The leg height adjustment doesn't…

One bad clamp screw ruins the whole bunch

When I first got my tripod I didn't use it much and used it in a way that didn't require full leg extension. Unfortunately after the warranty expired I started using it fully extended and found that one of the clamp screws on one leg would not tighten, so I am confident that the tripod will support the weight of my camera or easel when I use it use. for plein air painting. It's my fault for not trying the tripod in every position, but IO believes replacement should be allowed in situations…

Lots of compromises, but good ones

Let's start with the obvious: This isn't a Really Right Stuff 3-capsule with an Arca Cube on top - and that's a good thing. There are times when light weight and compact dimensions outweigh robust stability. A great choice for the time at an amazing price, made by a quality company. Comes with everything you need for a tripod, including a small ball head with an arca clamp and a hook for hanging weights or accessories. When folded, it fits into a 20 liter Peak Designs Everyday Pack. I'm not a…
