Great product. Based on the reviews I read, I took some countermeasures to prevent rubber color fading and dry rot. I first sprayed adhesion promoter on the anodized parts and then applied 2 coats of clear coat. I also used Protestant gum on the bands to solve the dry rot/cracking problem.

These quick release bumper brackets are saving the life of my 2K Honda Accord Coupe! The mounts and elastics are solidly built, the color seems to be holding up well so far (I'm rocking a black pair), and installation was quick, fun, and easy! I would recommend this brand of quick release skewers without hesitation!

This product and company are great! My package was delivered 4 days earlier than expected! Very very easy to install. I used a 1/4" drill bit (not included) and watched how far they would come apart and everything was perfect! Will be buying another rear bumper kit soon when I'm done with the whole body! After setting it apart 2 inches and looping the strap around both nubs, I stepped back and said it looked great! The buttons were still there but the black bars were broken. I bought 2 sets of these hoping to do both bumpers. All 8 bands broke on the same day! BS!

The kit seemed good quality when I bought it but the rubber bands that came with the kit even included it Replacement, included, didn't last a weekend. Before you ask if they were overly stretched, they weren't, it was just an extra measure for my race car so the tension was moderate and they all just ripped at the seam of the strap.

The equipment provided is ridiculous, it's already rusty! It must go by car! Even if the fittings are not stainless, they must at least be treated against corrosion. It won't fix, I never intended to rust in my fenders! Judging by the quality of the hardware, I can't imagine the rubber part lasting more than a month. Strange.

First impression: Aluminum looks nice but the steel fasteners are clearly not rustproof. Mine were rusty even before opening the package. If you want to prevent this corrosion from spreading to the fender, you should replace the fasteners with stainless steel or look elsewhere. Installation is easy enough if you have access to where to place it. Follow this advice. Install the lower part first, then put the rubber band on it and pull up the bumper to make sure it is exactly where you want it…
