Excellent tool for tracking and responding

I like how it integrates with our ticketing platform (FreshDesk) so that we can use one interface rather than managing multiple apps in order to do this basic task! The only thing i dislike about rolodeks integration into fresh desk has been its lack of updates since they released their new design last year :( otherwise all good! We've started using ROdeS as part of normal support tasks when creating or editing issues which previously had required us opening different applications each time…

Pros
  • Very helpful tool especially during busy periods where there is high traffic volume within an organisation's systems..helps keep everyone organised :)
Cons
  • Lack Of Updates recently after recent rebrand

Great option for tracking and communicating efficiently

I like that it can be used in conjunction with other apps such as Zapier or Slack which makes management of your ticketing system more efficient! There could possibly some better options available but overall its pretty easy use once you get familiarized w/it - even though there are several different ways yo log into rolodesk (email address being one). So far everything has been great- super user friendly & very intuitive when using via slack integration! Very happy i found this solution since…

  • The ability to make tickets, communicate over internal messaging app for ease without having sooo long complicated ticket email exchanges going around between users all day everyday!! Also quick response times during peak hours is always outstanding!!! My customers really appreciate knowing their concerns will receive timely feedbacks quickly thru an easily accessible platform vs traditional way..thx Rolfesk :) ! And no need 2 go out n search online looking 4 answers c
