I like how easy it is to use as well as the ease of creating your own templates or even using pre made ones which you can edit if needed! Not much at this point but they are constantly working towards adding new features that will help us be more productive in our workflows. I like that it's so easy to use for our small team of 3 (me included). It was really helpful when we were having trouble with some complex integrations or needed help figuring out how something should work in one platform versus another.
