Description of 🦴 Roscoe's Pet Products Dome Style Tie-Out Stake for Dogs with Tri-Fin Anchor, Enhanced Stability and Strength. Various Sizes Offered.

Dome style top allows for 360 degree roaming without the risk of getting tangled. 24" steel dog stake offers superior strength. The three-fin design holds the stake in the ground better than the traditional dome stake. Painted to prevent rust. Bright orange color is easy to spot in the grass making it easy to mow around and avoid tripping over. Easy to install and simple to use. Simply choose the best location for your stake, pound straight down into the ground using a hammer or rubber mallet and attach your cable to the steel ring at the top (cable not included).

Holds my hard puller in place.

I have a dog that has pulled all the stakes I put it on. So far it's holding her in place and showing no signs of coming out! Very durable, just hit the ground and you're done! I wish I had bought this sooner!

Pros
  • Good cause
Cons
  • Empty

Great for my big dog!

My 75 pound dog has done well with this as an anchor for his cart system. The post stayed safe despite her pulling. (Remarkably, I attached her dolly to the pole itself under the dome, not trusting the flimsy pivot at the top.)

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Negative gift

Finally a pet bet that stays in the ground

My 45 lb Boxer/Coonhound mix has a very high prey drive and when she sees a squirrel or a rabbit her hunt is almost unstoppable but I finally found a garden stake that, despite her steadfast persistence in chasing prey, stays in our garden, protecting her from car traffic (we live in the city). If you're a strong, determined animal hunter, this could be the solution you've been looking for to protect your best friend in town.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Some bugs

Be careful! for guy ropes and pegs

Knowing that spiked devices make better guy ropes than spiral guy ropes or the like. I bought this for my 115 lb German Shepherd for day trips to the mountains. The spike itself is strong and well built, and I really liked the extended version. I have no doubt it would be ideal for what we need. However, the buckle to which he can attach his long leash is beyond pathetic. It's extremely thin and weak, and in the event of a jerk, it doesn't take much to break. The tags are still on top since I…

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • Working speed
