This apple knife effortlessly cuts apples and is easy to clean. Equipped with a protective cover that helps prevent accidental cuts. Overall a good product.

Less than expected

This apple slicer is amazing. Nice design, great material. Subtracting a star because it's smaller doesn't work for larger apples. If it were a little bigger that would be great!

Rosle Korer - Just Say No.

My experience with Rösle tools is that although expensive, they do the job well and are worth the money. No, fruit corer. Poor design with a weak neck (which bent on first use) and not big enough to effectively remove the core from the apple. This goes in the trash can.

Pros
  • Good item
Cons
  • Bad kit

Mine are short-lived: Chef's knife

The blades are starting to bend and burrs are forming. It's difficult to clean, and now that it has sharp metal burrs it's a bit dangerous to clean. I have only used a wooden or plastic cutting board so far. Today I cut an apple for the first time and couldn't because the apple was too big for the hole. it was close but not quite right. I had to take the apple off the cutter. It's nice and great that it doesn't have plastic handles, but was expected to last a lot longer.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Some imperfections

WOW! Should have bought this apple slicer YEARS ago!

This Rösle stainless steel apple slicer is slightly more expensive: BUT money well spent! Guards are a good idea to prevent cutting your hands when taking tools out of the kitchen drawer! My apple came out of a bag of grocery apples yesterday, so they weren't big. After you cut the apple at the very bottom to level it, the Rösle stainless steel apple slicer/slicer slices and cores like butter! Bought from Revain: Rösle Store on 31.08. It arrived FAST: September 3rd! As you can see I am very…

Excellent apple/pear slicer

Rosle apple slicer Advantages: - 100% high quality (18/10) stainless steel. The frame is as smooth as glass and remains hard in use.- Blades are sharp; Cap when not in use to prevent cuts. One reviewer said the cap was too loose, but ours stays on. - The comfortable handle allows you to slice quickly and safely. - The attachment of the blade to the frame looks solid (blades sometimes come from cheaper slicers) - Only the blades make contact with the cutting board. since they are 1/16" below the
