Cheap zipper ruins otherwise great bag

This bag has many great features. The pad isolates beverages for hours. The large size and many storage compartments are very thoughtful and practical to store things when traveling. But the top zipper ruins everything. It broke after a few weeks. Seams, teeth and even the handle are out of order. I checked how much it would cost to replace a zipper and I'd be better off buying something else. Such a shame but be aware. The bag lasts a month or more rides before the top zipper starts to fail.

Roomy, durable and stays in place.

First commute to and from work (43 miles round trip) and bag went great. My route is a mix of scenery from good roads to crumbling bike paths. My average speed is 15-17 km/h (depending on the weather). The bag attached to the trunk better than expected and stayed in place. Although the bag is roomy, I still wanted to fold my load and move some things around; I used to use full size saddlebags. There wasn't room for a bag under the seat, so I recommend the top bag for your first aid and…

This little one is great! I put it in the back.

This guy is awesome! I mounted it on my rear trunk to carry locks, tools, a spare tire, etc. Big enough to fit a Nalgene for long trips or a small bag for short trips (just remove the bag, leave the trunk on the bag). ). I like that I can easily take it off when needed, but I keep it there all the time and just don't leave valuables in it. A great option for short commutes or to add to my shopping carts on long trips. One star removed because it tends to tip over a bit when carrying heavy…

Good design but zippers need a mod

I have two of these and generally like them. The materials and construction seem very good and the sizing is excellent for my three bikes. However, with the rear reflectors installed as intended, the zips in the closed position pack under the seats on all of our bikes as the seats are adjusted to our height and difficult to reach to open and close. . So I turned it 180 degrees with the rear reflector under the seat, which defeats its safety. It would be easy to sew the zippers opposite the…

great bag. I say goodbye because it is.

Bye. great bag. I say so far because this is the second one I have. The first had stitches that came undone after a few weeks. However, the bag's unusually long/large size, almost entirely dedicated to its main compartment, makes it the perfect battery bag for my e-bike. So I bought another one. Docking with a star is based on my first experience with another similar bag. The seams on my first bag began to unravel due to the frequent attachment and detachment to and from the bike. The velcro…

Incredible bag for your money.

I bought a Trek Verve + 2 e-bike for my wife. It came with a stand and I wanted to add a bag for it. I was shocked at how much the bag would cost with the Basil MIK adapter plate system. They started at $130 on the Trek website. This bag cost about $20 and used velcro straps. I was able to find a Basil MIK adapter plate at Revain for $24.94. This bag doesn't have a hard bottom so I cut a very thin piece of plywood to fit the bag. I then drilled 4 holes with the template I made and installed the
