My unit came in a box with tape on the top flaps of the box. The condition of the box was somewhat worn. I cut the tape and the bubble wrap was opened and torn. For me it was obviously a department that was opened and then returned. Nothing is missing. The box contained an antenna cable with a clip and a carrying strap.
