Not bad for the price

The bench is made of cheap wood, but what can you expect for €55. There were a few scratches and paint chips in some places, but not critical. Together they look decent, but again not the best quality. The instructions were just terrible. I'm not handy at all, and it took about an hour to assemble. The bottom shelf holds four pairs of adult shoes. I put my husband's size 13 shoes on the shelf and they fit perfectly. It can hold flip flops, scarves, gloves, baby shoes, dog leash etc. Updated…

Great bench for the price!

I assembled this bench myself in 30 minutes (I calculated the time that way). I followed the instructions as written. Initial assembly of the seat box was tricky as nothing holds the pieces in place until the legs/sides are in place. I got it working, but it would be easier if a second person helped hold it in place. The rest of the build went smoothly. I was confused at first about the hinge but there are two very small notches in the wood on the back of the seat to show you where the screws…

Stable bench, poor instructions

This bench is very strong. My wife and I can sit on it (only 300 pounds) without feeling any movement. It's quite small, wide enough for us to sit next to each other and put on our shoes (personally I think it's the perfect size). It would be nice if the bottom shoe rack was a little higher so shoes could slide underneath more easily. Cons: Complete assembly instructions are one sheet of paper, all parts listed and a single diagram are printed on one page. how they fit together. It's not that…

I absolutely LOVE my bank/mailbox

I live at home and need a mailbox so USPS can ship to my door. It looked like it would work and the white was nice but when it arrived in a snow storm I decided it was best to paint it with exterior paint as I wanted it outside under my porch but still where it was raining and snowing would fall in. Collecting was really fun. I did it myself, sitting in my walker. A couple of times something didn't quite fit, which made me aware that I had placed something in the wrong place. to have an antique

I should have known when "QUALITY " was in the title.

First of all, this is a pretty sturdy bench/shoe rack. Once assembled it feels solid, but that's about it in terms of quality. Let's just say I come from a family of carpenters and carpenters so I know my way around a wood shop but I just wanted to buy something quick and assemble, not build with wood. Cons: * Uneven finish (barley in some spots or varnish in general, just wood, this is a factory issue, hire someone who knows how to use a spray gun). * There are no buttons or plugs to hide the…

The color was perfect, just like the picture

The color was perfect, just like the picture. Very durable after assembly. Even if the instructions are very bad. Here's what I did that worked, see the instructions as a link. All you need is a screwdriver (marked J): 1) Connect F, D and A together. D fits into the slots on the bottom of A and on the top of F. 2) Insert 3 wooden pegs into the holes in part G (not through holes, they're for screws!) 3) Connect the part you found in step 1 to G through the 2 back pins4 ) Insert C into rod (one…
