This shredder was terrible. It just broke down for a few minutes and stopped, eventually stopped working at all. After several days of trying to get it working, I finally sent it back and ordered a different shredder.

It keeps everything the manufacturer promises. Compact, easily fits into tight spaces, makes documents unreadable as the paper crumples when shredded. It jams easily if it's not oiled regularly and you're trying to load more than five sheets of paper, which is why I only gave it four stars.

Doesn't eat tons of paper at once (5 sheets. Right in the title). But what he eats is perfectly shredded! The 'Auto' function kind of gets stuck on a lot more than just 'Forward', but I just use 'Forward' and turn it off so my pets don't get caught anyway. I am completely disgusted with the increase in spam. Although I've tried all other means to put an end to this, spam has increased rather than decreased. Then, to make matters worse, they sent me my full name and address on the outside of giant envelopes and mail order catalogs and on the catalog pages! In today's society where identity theft is on the rise, there is too much information available for the wrong person. Under these circumstances, my old Aurora strip-cut shredder couldn't get the
