Royal Full Face Motorcycle Helmet Motorcycle & Powersports at Protective Gear Review

Helmet looks good, no visible flaws, fits well. I'm usually between medium and large, and large fits well but not too loose. Feels comfortable and protective.

I can't vouch for the safety of this helmet, the "DOT" lettering on the back is a little questionable but it fits nice and snug and looks great with the bubble shield out of. They are small I wear a large and the XL size is perfect and I don't look like a space ball lol.

The helmet looks and feels really luxurious. Goes great with glasses or a visor. The helmet itself is 5 stars, the way it came is 3 stars. The helmet was packaged in its own box, not a Revain box, and there was no padding, foam, or anything else in the box. When I opened it, the helmet was slightly worn but not too noticeable.

Well, as some other people have mentioned, they run VERY small. I have a big head, hat size 7 3/4. Usually XL is too small, but XXL usually fits. Not this time. It was ridiculously small. FYSA, I even measured my head before ordering. According to her map, he should have come up. They run at least 1 size smaller (and honestly maybe even 2). Mine was sent back immediately. YMMV. too bad. The helmet looked cool. If it had been the right size I would have kept it.

If you like Bell Moto 3 helmets but don't like the price then this is for you. Fairly light and the padding is pretty minimal. I have a Biltwell Lane shatter helmet of the same size and weight, but the Biltwell's padding is so thick that sometimes my ears feel so hot that the padding itself doesn't come off. The Royal helmet is DOT approved but these are Vietnamese standards so use at your own risk. I generally use with lightly tinted lenses. Very similar to Darth Vader.
