DIY bathroom. Everything has been renewed except for the bathtub. This faucet costs a few dollars more, but it's worth it.

I have a screw on my Delta bath spout. I literally took this spout out of the box and installed it in under 5 minutes. It goes perfectly with my Delta shower set. Great offer! Easy installation!

Nowhere in the description does it say it's plastic. Also, it is not a direct replacement for older spouts that have a 6 to 7 inch spout from the wall. Requires some plumbing skills. I will return this item.

Do you have a classic (old) Delta? It works out. I just unscrewed the old one and screwed this one on. This is the plug you want (although it comes with new brass if you like sweaty pipes and all) and then it's easy.

We were always looking for a replacement faucet for our shower. Tried everything in hardware stores and everything is set to sliding installation. We have a thread exit. That helped. We are satisfied, especially with the help I received on 800#. Yes, it's chromed plastic. But it's an exact replacement for what we had before. Very satisfied.

Not someone who normally writes reviews but after spending two days "fixing" this I wanted to avoid another disappointment. The spout is aesthetic, but the adapter doesn't seal in the spout when you pull the switch (to shower), causing a leak in our wall. Luckily we didn't close the other side of the project and were able to easily get there to fix it and avoid long term water damage.

I was so shocked and disappointed that it was plastic! I think I didn't read the reviews when I bought it. We're building a house, so I just ordered my shower supplies. This is the only plastic part I received from Delta and we ordered everything from Delta for our showers and sinks for our new home. It will look great when we install it, but what a disappointment!

I bought this spout as a direct replacement for an existing one. I wanted to unscrew the old one and screw the new one onto the existing nipple. Couldn't. I have to cut the existing copper pipe nipple and solder on the adapter that came with it. I can't solder. If you replace the brand and model of the EXACT spout, it will work. If you can solder then it will work. In my case, neither was true, so I sent it back. By the way, congratulations to Revain and its partner UPS! The return/refund…
