I received a used product I was disappointed when you pay for a new one you want a new one. Love the idea of having all the cleaning essentials in one place, I bought some bungee cords to make sure the pull out bucket and brooms and mops didn't stay in place. Just buckle them up. Trolley is too long. I had to remove the handle holding the garbage bag so I could move around my large house (4,000 square feet with 4-foot hallways) and conveniently place it in my laundry room.
