I was influenced by food containers

I was influenced by two different Instagram users to buy this product to help our family eat more vegetables. It works. If I fill it with fresh vegetables and put it before dinner, they will chew and nibble. If I forget, they go back to their old ways, even if there are containers of vegetables in the fridge. When they're ready to eat, it's a game changer. The tray itself is thinner than I was hoping for, but it's dishwasher safe and did the job. The size is enough for a family of 6 and can be…

Need to store fresh whole farm eggs? Read it.

There was much discussion between the description of the Rubbermaid egg storage item, the questions asked and some of the responses received. Like some of you, I was wondering if this would be a worthy substitute for storing fresh farm eggs instead of using the paper and/or foam egg cartons that we all recycle from the store-bought cartons we make ours around Ask family and friends to save. For us. Well, in my situation it was worth it. I will explain. I sell surplus eggs to friends and family…

Difficult to see what is in the container

I was a little disappointed with this product for a number of reasons. It's probably my fault, but I didn't realize it was about 14 inches long, so it barely fits on a shelf in my pantry. Also, you can't easily see through the plastic, so it's a bit difficult to see what's in the container. In width, it only holds a standard loaf of bread. If your bread is a little wider than normal, like many rye or Italian loaves, it won't fit in this container. The lid is completely removable from the end of

The perfect tray for busy moms looking for healthy babies!

This is the perfect set for moms looking for healthy babies. Have you ever noticed that if you leave food without food, people will eat whatever it is? That happens at my house. When it's on the counter, everyone comes and chews it. Therefore, I have decided to exclude vegetables and fruits. But every tablet I've tried has had issues. Rounds take up too much space in the fridge! I mean actually selling a round kitchen item should be illegal. So no round trays. And it needed a lid so I could…

Large Standard Size Bread Bin

I haven't used a bread bin/bin for most of my life. As I got older, I started eating less bread every day. I love sandwiches for breakfast with scrambled eggs and a little sausage every now and then. I'm not a big fan of English muffins, so I ended up with bread loafs. Since I don't eat bread every day, I need a container to keep the bread fresh. I mostly use the "whole grain" variety, which I prefer. I like some of the "wider" loaves available at many bakeries, but they don't fit as well in…

Not your mom's Rubbermaid style, but still not bad

This really is the perfect way to get everyone at the table eating raw fruit and veg. We were very happy with it - it seems sturdy and fits a lot of food (we usually use the center piece for more veggies, not gravy). The lid is nice and comfortable. We have had it for almost a year now and have been using it for about 6 months. I'd give it five stars, but here's the thing: While taking it out of the fridge this morning, I accidentally dropped it on the floor. There was almost nothing inside…
