Fantastic stool! I need it to reach the top shelves in my kitchen and this stool fits perfectly in the small space between the fridge and cabinets. It opens easily and locks open when you step on it. (Or you can lock it manually by applying light pressure.) Super design, very durable!

I bought this stool to use to get on and off my sailboat. After three days of use, one of the hinges broke and I fell on the dock. I contacted Rubbermaid about this issue and they told me it was a third party and that I should contact them with my complaint. I do not recommend purchasing Rubbermaid products other than simple items that will not break.

I was so excited about this stool after reading the reviews and it was just what I needed for our camper as it wasn't too bulky and fit easy to fold and remove! However when I stood on it (I'm 130lbs) one of the legs buckled and luckily I fell down catching myself and now the leg is bent and won't work and I'm afraid to use it as a step stool. I do not recommend this. At this point, the return periods had already expired.

We received this small stool to use in our RV. It works great for that purpose, even if my 200 pounds of pure coolness are on it. I wasn't worried it would collapse under my toned, fat body. I spent an hour removing the sticky adhesive that was attached to the sticker on the top of the step stool. The stool looks sturdy and flimsy, but I couldn't use it because of the glue stuck to the top. Obviously, the CEO never opened up this product the way a consumer would. This chair is exactly what I was looking for to help my granddaughter get to the sink. The space is small and this easily folds up quite thick and surprisingly thin. When open it is stable and the perfect height for a 3-4 year old to sit next to the sink. It's also rock solid. I am very happy with it.
