Try a different vendor?

Ruffwear is normally excellent. I wonder if this seller sells seconds or something. The first one I ordered had jiggly and loose hardware which made me think there was something wrong with it so I returned it. The replacement had good solid hardware but it had a defect down the length of the leash in the webbing. Too expensive to not be right so I returned this one too and bought the same leash from another store and it was perfect.

Me for price best in my review

It's really terrible for the price, the webbing feels cheap and hurts to grip.Since it's akin to cheap webbing it burns your hand easily if your dog pullsThe strap is annoying to adjust

Solid and great customer service

There is no stretch: it’s a flat sturdy leash which I attach to my Eisner. can attach to my car door . is good looking and I know will last cause I still have the one I bought years ago. unless I walk on that buckle too. I have been buying Ruffwear for years now because of durability, no frills and super customer service.

This leash is lightweight and durable. Thanks for attention! I would like it if the lower hand hold were just a little bit higher up.

Like but don’t live

I was using a different brand of leash with the ruff wear harness and it kept un attaching itself. ruff wear leashes have a different type of clip that can not come undone with the harness. That is so reassuring. this leash is a bit thin yet the edges are stuff and uncomfortable on my hands. I hope it holds up over time and softens up. Great color, one thing I wish was that they would make one without the clip at the handle.
