These work perfect for ruggables without a massive price tag. Got it for my 8x10, it’s cushioned and doesn’t slide whatsoever. Rug cover stays in place with 3 pets and daily vacuuming. 10/10

This is the perfect carpet cushion pad for area rugs around the house. We needed a little bit of an extra cushion for our new area rug and it added just the right amount without making the new rug feel too bulky. The rubber and pad are very low odor and do not cause any weird smells in the house. The anti slip rubber helps to keep the new area rug perfectly in place. This area rug cuts easily with a box cutter to get the perfect size to fit under any area rug.

It is well made with a rubber surface to sit on the hardwood floor and a felt surface on which to lay the rug. Although both rug and pad are labeled 5 x 7, the pad is about 1" less all around. This is good in a way, because who wants to be trimming it (it's thick), but I'll have to be careful in placement of rug tape which I'm going to use to keep the corners and one end from curling up. The pad is firm, not cushiony. There is no smell.

We have twin babies who are learning to be on the move & have fallen and hit their heads too many times on our hard floors. Our rug has zero pile, it’s basically woven flat. This has added so much underfoot comfort for us and more peace of mind for their toddling. Definitely a softer landing spot. We also love how it stays in place perfectly with the rubber backing. The only con is that it was quite a bit larger than our 9x12 rug even tho that’s the size we got. We had to cut off several inches
