Sizing tip = I'm 5'2, 130 lbs. 34D, waist 29 inches. wide armor. thick middle. The large size was perfect. It had enough bra support for weightlifting but maybe not for running (I don't run so I don't care). The center was fitted but not skin tight, which was very important to me. Washes well, doesn't shrink. Their styles of bras are amazing as well. Highly recommended. I wish they had more styles and colors.

I LOVE this workout tank top. I train at home more and I love that I can only wear a top without a sports bra. Stylish design, comfortable and smooth material, the bra offers enough support for my small breasts. I love this tank! I'm 5'3", 110 pounds and wear a bra size 34 A/B depending on the style and brand. I bought this in a small size and it fits perfectly. I only wear sports bras after I pre I've given up regular bras for years but some tank tops look weird in them. This is the perfect solution! The built in ones fit well and are comfortable. Everything about this product is great but I have to give it 2 stars for the quality. The material was comfortable and looked good, but the hem had already loosened and unraveled after one wear. As a nursing runner, I was desperate for a bra that would fit my milk jug. This bra is now part of my 3-bra system (that's right, it takes 3 bras to fit in all my milk-filled glory).
