Mixes well with paint.

Added to rusty Oleum exterior paint to give a bulging texture to the wooden wheelchair ramp. Mixes well with paint. Out for a few weeks. Still holding on

not complex nice finish

takes some getting used to but there is always a bit of a learning curve with new things we have been very happy with this product. The 1:1 ratio was good for a light texture on the wall, remember to stir often when applying 😀

Feels like sandpaper

I liked the Sandwash products that Home Depot used to sell and bought this product to try and replicate the finish. The finish looks ok but feels like sandpaper. If you touch it with bare skin, it will tear through like sandpaper. It feels like sandpaper. coarse sandpaper.

How the result! about paint, wall treatments and accessories

It was a bit difficult at first. I found that the sand settles faster than I wanted. Then I would apply too much or too little. It is therefore best not to pour too much paint into the paint roller/pan at once. Then stir before using more paint. Also note when the roller/ink tray is lowered. It takes patience but I love the result!

Not my style: Color Additives

Bought for use in 1 gallon of paint in daughter's room. The product itself mixes easily. There is no room for it in the glass, so you need a separate mixing device. Be sure to use a color mixer. It will be easier for you, but you can do it manually. The paint becomes thick. If the color stays on for a while between coats, like the next day like mine, blend again. I felt the grains settle. I used a thicker knobbed roller so I'm not sure how the foam roller will work. The color applied easily and

Good coverage but be careful when applying and lower expectations of coverage

I bought this product because I had walls that were already painted with a sand texture and I was doing a wall repair that at the end some areas were sanded smooth. So I wanted to use this additive with the new paint so that the walls have a sand-like structure and no smooth repair areas can be seen. To that end, this product has worked perfectly. I added a 1 lb box to a gallon of paint and it covered very well. No smooth spots. However, there are two things you should consider when applying…
