RUXIFEY LED Side Mirror Puddle Lights - Right and Left Lamp Assembly for 2008-2019 Toyota Tundra Sequoia (White) Review

These little devices were very easy to fit under my side mirrors and give lots of light when I get into my truck in the dark. My side mirrors already had a built in slot to install them. They turn on when I unlock my truck with the key fob and dim automatically shortly after. This is an affordable mod with great results.

This was one of the best puddle light replacement deals I could find. For such a low price you wouldn't expect better customer service, but that's exactly what I got. I had a small problem, I contacted the support team during the holidays, they responded quickly and solved the problem as soon as possible. Great lamps, great service, low prices.

They work fine and I installed them about a month ago. I did however heat the tab holding them in place with a lighter and bend them a little to hold them tighter because they are loose. As a second measure, I fixed them with transparent silicone. They work great and look insanely better than stock. Super bright white, love them.

After figuring I had to squeeze the plugs together to hold the stock sockets and gently push the clip into the mirror, I'm glad they were in place stay. They are slightly different from the one shown in the picture but are a good cheap replacement and incredibly bright compared to the standard bulbs. I would recommend these but be aware that you will need needle nose pliers and a vinyl tool to poke under the mirror to get to the clamp. Watch a YouTube video showing you the installation.

Case diameter is smaller than the factory lights. One side seems to snap but falls to the street. The passenger side just fell out every time it was put in. I tried expanding the clip with a screwdriver while it was in and the clip clicked. Fortunately, this error resulted in a tight fit of the part. I put some clear gorilla glue on each side of the lenses to make sure they don't rattle or fall on the road. Now we come to the electrical connections. The OEM connections are very tight. The cable

Polarity is not important for these new LED lights but the connector pins on the light are slightly thinner than the OEM and will likely need to shrink the side sockets of the clock face closer together. The release tab on the side of the puddle light will not snap in and out of the side mirror without modifying the release tab.
