So far so good - High Mount Brake Lights

It's been fitted for about 3 weeks but we haven't had much rain since but a bit from time to time we've had I can't see what -everyone Leaks if anything changes soon I'll update.

Much thicker than normal gasket to prevent leaks

Ordered these with the new 97 Ranger third brake light, much thicker than the gasket that came with the light and will shrink to a factory fit. I love her. And there's an extra one if I ever need to remove it. Great thick pads.

Really cheaper to buy a new lamp housing

This gasket is perfect for the third brake light on my 2010 F-150. The thing is that in order to attach this to the headlight housing, you have to scrape off the old gasket. Clean it as best you can and put a new one on. Works perfectly. The bonus is the middle part that's left after you're done. It's great to have sticky-backed neoprene foam on hand for various projects. Excellent goods!

Did the trick and stopped the leak

I bought this gasket for my 2010 F150 XLT. I noticed water stains on the headlining above the rear passenger side door. It didn't appear to be where it was leaking in the center brake light assembly, but after some research on You Tube I found that that was probably the culprit. Apparently, the water flows down the roof to the lowest point, which is on either side of the back of the cabin. I replaced the gasket and sure enough the leak stopped. Is working.

Should be too thick as it will still leak. There are no cracks on the lenses and the case. Maybe both sides should be sticky. Sure sure. I hear everyone saying that you can't change lightbulbs, but you can if you change the seal. Replace all the lightbulbs and you won't have to worry for at least three years.

Product did not work as described

This gasket absolutely does not work as described. Yes, I installed them correctly, like the ones on my new LED-3. Brake light I just bought it lasted 2 rains after the 3rd rain wet the headliner. Want a refund but expect to return an item if there is nothing to return, unless they want to rip up useless pieces of upholstery foam?

Didn't fix my leak - but not the gasket's fault.

This seal is made of high quality material. It's more than enough thick, dense and strong. It slowed my flow. I knew the gasket wasn't a problem, so I took a closer look at my headlight. My truck is black '05 so the black color makes the cabin very hot. The factory headlight is long and only has 2 screws on the ends. My brake light assembly was deformed. It was bent in the middle - enough to require sealant and I didn't want to go that route. So I bought a Revain Ford brake light and he fixed…
