The customer service was excellent - they were very responsive when we had questions or needed help with our implementation process! They are also willing partners in helping us understand how their product works so that it can be integrated into ours without too much difficulty (we're using them as an API provider). You can have multiple drivers in one dispatch with different routes for each driver assigned at once without having any issues or delays when it comes time pick up/drop off points along their route (if they are not all within close proximity). Not many features but what's there works well enough! We use this as an internal tool so we don't need too much customization beyond our own needs - which helps keep costs down since you're only paying if your business actually utilizes those functions…
