I just bought this item and so far it's working well For the money, $140.00, not bad. The top pulley for the belt pulls too hard on the adjustment so she barely loosens it to change the belt's position relative to the other pulley. It will loosen a little (just a little), but you'll have to unscrew the belt from the pulley.
