Saeco Vienna Plus is equipped with a steam wand and milk-frothing tip that insures loads of foam for lattes and cappuccino with little or no effort on your part. You can also remove the frothing tip and use the standard steam wand if you prefer to have more control over the consistency of the foam. The steam wand is conveniently located and swivels to accommodate frothing pitchers ranging from 12 oz. to 20 oz. in size. Pre-Infusion System - To optimize the flavor extraction, a special program step injects a little hot water into the freshly ground coffee, in order to soak it and let it swell up, before the brewing process. This increases the flavor and aroma of the coffee during the brewing process. Built-in, conical type burr grinder, the same type used by the professionals. Pushing the brew button sets the cycle in motion with the grinder measuring out the correct amount of beans for the selection made and then grinding it to specifications. 1250-Watt Boiler for delicious hot beverages. Built-in 57-Ounce Water Tank.

Espresso Machine Filter

This filter works great and I've never had a problem with it. It's easy to put in the car and I like the dial that shows what month it needs to be replaced. I always need this reminder after three months).

No idea why my last review is not here? The product itself works because we have used many of these BEFORE in our Saeco Incanto machine. 2 stars are primarily an evaluation of the shipping method. When I received this, the package was empty! It arrived via USPS. The quality of the goods "falling" in the envelope was very poor. The seller blamed the "delivery" for the confusion. it was either themselves or Revain or USPS. Besides pointing blame, I hope they can take a minute to resolve such…

Keeps the boiler clean but can contaminate other things

A bit bulky in the water tank but a small price to pay for having my Saeco Vienna Plus between descaling every 3 months or whenever the boiler gets warm great runs expire disappear in the delivery of hot water from pannarello. The filter must not be shaken, otherwise carbon particles will fall into the tank - most importantly, gentle hands. However, keep a spare plastic mesh cover under your Prima just in case. A word of caution, you will lose some vapor pressure. I drink black 85% of the time…
