This rug is fantastic. I have it next to a centuries old Persian rug and it complements it perfectly, it's so soft and looks so special. Perfect for my dining table.

I only buy this brand of carpet. Everything in these rugs is rated excellent. The weave lasts for years, the colors stay vibrant and you don't have to worry about damaging your hardwood floors. There are many designs to choose from.

I love the color and pattern of this rug! I have been buying Safavieh rugs for a number of years. They won't last forever in high traffic areas (maybe 4/5 years) but they are well made and look so pretty. If you're using carpet for a less frequented area then I'm sure you could get more years out of them.

In short, 12 years ago we accidentally bought a round wool rug of the same brand from an expensive catalog (Frontgate). It cost over $500 for the same size, 6 inches around. This rug is beautiful. Excellent quality. We bought 2 more Safavieh rugs in different patterns and shapes. We are very happy with all of them.

I bought a smaller rug to see the color and pattern before buying. I like the runner, but the 8 x 10 is even more impressive. The colors are beautiful, not too muted, but not too bright either. I didn't give 5 stars because the carpet is still peeling after 2 months. This is the wrong size. It is 9 feet 10 inches by 7 feet 8 inches tall. I should have bought 9x12.

This rug is incredibly beautiful! The colors are strong and exactly like the picture. It's very thick and fits nicely. This is wool so be aware that it will fall off and fall off and fall off. This eventually settles down, but you can't use the stick vacuum until it stops because the wool is clogging the vacuum. I thought it was worth it, but not everyone will do it.

Plastic Wrapped COVERED IN BIRD DOO. I didn't want it in my house! Keep for a possible return? No way! I would add a photo (yes I have one) but it's too disgusting. However, it is a good rug, very happy with the colors. Sheds all the time. I'll probably go bald if my feet touch the carpet while watching a movie, but I don't mind for a cheap, pretty carpet.

This rug is beautiful but has been shedding like crazy and is only getting worse not better. I am extremely disappointed. I have to vacuum every day and the entire vacuum cleaner bucket fills up after just walking across the carpet. Shedding covers the whole house and all my children's clothes. It sticks to my crawling babies' arms and legs. I have to fold my clothes before I go outside. It's like living with a pet I'm not subscribed to! Terrible quality.

It's wool so I was wondering how it would feel to walk on it. Feels great on feet. The colors are beautiful, it's well made, it feels good on our feet and despite coming out of the shower it seems to disperse water well - it never felt wet. I plan to buy many more rugs from this company. As for the negatives - bad smell, dirt, hair loss - ours was clean, smelled like natural wool if it smelled like anything, and was perfect when I unrolled it. No shedding at all.
