Dirt and dog hair are completely invisible on this patterned carpet. Still a vacuum, of course, but it doesn't look dirty once the dogs lie on it like a plain rug does. Also very appealing. Believe me, such patterns are called modern. Have two of these types in different patterns and colors in different rooms. Looks nice. I love her. The price is quite reasonable.

I have just received this rug and although the rug itself is fine I specifically asked if there was any orange in the rug. The seller replied "No". If there were just a few subtle stains (and there are stains everywhere), as one customer replied, it wouldn't look that bad, but there are large orange stains right down the middle of the rug. I have two sizes of the same carpet for my basement. I have a 5ft square for the entrance and an 8'x10' for the main plaza. I'm disappointed because they don't look the same. I like the 5ft square rug because it looks just like the pictures. On the other hand, 8'x10' is horribly pixelated and doesn't look like the picture at all. For a 9'x12' blue carpet you won't get a 9'x12' product. Nothing in the selection or description indicates that the rug is any smaller. I needed at least 9 feet, that's 4 inches on the 9 foot side and 2 inches on the 12 foot side. The measurements shown in the attached image are more accurate to actual size. I understand that rugs can shrink a bit between final production and shipping, but converting metric centimeters to inches will give you a pretty good idea of actual size. In other words…

I received the Safavieh MAD460K-8 Madison Gray and Blue rug 5 days ahead of schedule. The colors on my carpet are exactly the same as shown online except my carpet doesn't have a lot of rust spots which would be nice. That is beautiful. The colors are exactly what I wanted, ranging from light blue to turquoise and navy to beige and grey, none overwhelming. My floors are greyish wood and the sofas are tan. This is a good rug, there is some celadon I was hoping for but very little gray that is invisible and lots of beige that I do just don't wear like it with my new furniture. The colors of my tables match perfectly, but not with my furniture. I wish I had to buy new furniture, but we should all be able to rest comfortably in our homes, furniture is junk these days!
