Looked great but fell apart

Very disappointed with this mat. It's beautiful and we loved the way it looked but after 6 months of use one side started to come loose and now after 7 1/2 months the whole side is falling apart. We'll have to replace it. Would like a replacement or refund if possible.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • No machine

Looks good and feels good underfoot

The stripe effect really makes it more attractive than other jute rugs. Very happy with the purchase! I aired the garage before bringing it indoors and also vacuumed the fibres, the dust left over from the manufacturing process. Be prepared, the item is large, heavy and difficult to move during delivery. Admittedly, I moved it myself, but I'm a big guy.

Pros
  • I finally have it
Cons
  • Not as good as it says it is

Lemon in a Bun is the best around Rugs

I love this rug - have bought it 3 or 4 times in the last few years. It doesn't clean well, but the dirt isn't visible. I give it 3 stars because the one I bought this time came with a couple of puffs and now I'm missing a piece of mat. I've tried my best to cut and fix it but have to put up with it as the pandemic doesn't allow buying new carpets every 3 months.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Repair

Strength and beauty of texture

So I buy jute rugs from this brand regularly. Unfortunately I didn't realize that it's not solid and has a striped look, but once my dogs messed it up I'm back to my favorite color. It's durable and natural, adding incredible texture to any space. I prefer to spend less on my mats as my 3 dogs often use them as potty pads and I just change them frequently. It's worth it for me.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel

Nice! Just like in the photo

Beautiful! Like on the picture. Best in medium to low traffic areas. The "dirt" that comes out from underneath are actually tiny natural fibers, just pick them up and get on with your day. I've added a little jute ad below after reading some reviews about odor and misinterpreted dirt on these rugs. I hope it helps. This carpet is unbeatable in terms of quality, look, feel and price. I love it! :) Jute is grown in India and Bangladesh and emerges from the ground as glossy green stalks which are…

POOR - Thrown away after 6 months

Bought two of these larger mats. I liked the way they looked but they turned into a complete nightmare. They weren't in high traffic areas and we put mats in, but they started to come loose right away and started to come loose like crazy after about 4 months. The carpet fibers started to decompose, covering everything around us and creating a mess that we couldn't handle no matter how many times we vacuumed. We couldn't sit on carpets and every time our dog touched us, she transferred the…
