Great platform when dealing problems

The best thing about sage talk is that it has all features of any other service which includes phone numbers, email addresses etc. It can be used to communicate with customers via live chats or emails by connecting them from anywhere in the world. I think this should have been integrated much earlier as we use many customer support services like Zendesk but not everyone will know how to install such software. Sage Talk is a great cloud based platform for your business

I have been using sage talk for a year now, it is very easy to navigate through multiple accounts and also helps in customer management, scheduling appointments, billing etc. The best part of sage talk is that you can create your own customisable bots which other people can use too! Sometimes my conversations with the bot stop working randomly i have to restart to get back into the flow, this has happened once or twice when trying to schedule an appointment with Sage Talk but not often enough…
