I bought this in an open box. Yes, the last time I did that! It took us several hours to try to hang this light. All cables were overtightened, colors were not determined. As a result it didn't work at all and we sent it back. Bought it from Home Depot the next day and it works great. Something was definitely wrong with the light or the wiring.

Looks super stylish and great in our log home! It is easy to assemble if you know how lighting fixtures are usually installed. The instructions weren't very good (hadn't printed out step 1 and step 3, step 2) but we were able to figure everything out easily. Very bright with the bulbs we bought so we'll probably put them on a dimmer.

Beautiful light! We had a bit of a mix up with the instructions - from the photos it looks like the wiring should go from all poles to the centre, but there should only be two poles pre-wired. Also, despite being heavy, it was fairly easy to hang, and the chain/wiring is long enough, even for high ceilings. We got a lot of additions.

My wife and I spent nearly three times as much for a lamp that looked exactly like this. Everyone who was in our house praised the lamp, especially in combination with CMYK Edison bulbs. Wouldn't recommend this light to anyone who wants that look and was 100% the best buy/find of our entire remodel.

We love this lamp. It's very well made and looks so lovely in our rustic home. It's heavy, so two people should hold it when installing. Gives a lot of light, which is what we wanted. It comes with a set of circuits and cables. So if you have a really high ceiling, you have a lot to do. If you think of this light, do it.

I love the look of this fixture but it is missing some wires. There's a tiny one that's covered with a lid, but it's missing a long one that needs to be connected to the blanket (and that's also part of the instructions). I am so disappointed because we bought this light for our new house which we have just built but have just started replacing fixtures, cabinet furniture etc and we are already past the return date and not having any luck. and money.

We bought this light to upgrade our 19 year old ceiling fan in our living room with 12 foot ceilings. The old fixture only had 2 bulbs and even the 1500 lumen LED bulbs cast shadows and didn't provide enough light for the room. This mount was just what we needed.
