The Sales.Rocks Database gives full profiles for 115M+ Companies and more then 200M+ Contacts from 213+ Countries worldwide. We combine different tools to provide a full automation platform to whole Sales and Marketing Teams and simplify their every-day activities with advanced drip campaigns and LinkedIn automation. We help SDRs find their leads for initial outreach, enable Account Executives engage in conversations using hyper-personalization and assist Account Managers with upselling by using smart sales triggers. With the rest of the individual tools Sales.Rocks gives the option to verify emails and phone numbers and includes a Chrome extension for faster extraction of company and contact data from a website, which makes it an all-in-one solution for sales and marketing teams.

Easy and quick way of tracking prospect data

I like that it's easy for me as an admin user (and not sales rep)to log into my account from anywhere at anytime via our mobile app or web browser! It also has some great features such as being able to send emails directly through your CRM system which saves you time when sending out email campaigns etc.. There are no downsides really but maybe more integrations would be nice? We have been using this product since last year now so there isn't much new information i can give about its…

Pros
  • The ease with how quick everything is done, especially if something needs changing in real time without having any technical knowledge required; all changes happen within minutes sometimes even seconds depending where they need doing / who does them super efficient!!! Also love customer service team here :)

Good service, good customization possibilities

Sales.rocks is easy to use and provides excellent support for all our needs. They help us to keep track of our deals and are available around the clock. They also have great guides that can be used as reference for more complex issues. It's not very intuitive for those who are new to salesforce or to CRM applications. This could be improved by adding further guides/tutorials and maybe some training sessions for their own people. We would like to be able to store all our documents locally in…

  • The interface, ease of use (especially if you're using it regularly) & documentation provided alongside regular updates from SFDC team members which has helped tremendously when faced with challenging situations at work! :)

  • Lack of certain functionality within platform i.e storing files online vs local storage

Great Product with many Integrates to choose in between

I like that it has an extensive list of out-of-the box integrations so you can customize your CRM application as much or little as needed for each specific client/project needs. It also allows us access all our data through one interface unlike other solutions we've been using recently where there are multiple interfaces (API's) required per integration type. Would love if they added more 3rd party software integrations than included right now but otherwise great product! Customizing reports /
