Good for me. - Sports

Easy to set up and use. Heated DV8 Grudge with over 100 games. This ball was not finished prior to processing and I suspected there was too much oil in the coating. left for 1 hour. @135 degrees as recommended. In 20 minutes. checked the ball and the surface was oily. During the treatment I wiped it 2 times, on a rag all is clean oil. After an hour, about half a teaspoon of clear oil remained in the bowl. No hint of color in the oil means it was all dressing. Since then I've used Grudge 2 times

NuBall is best suited for high-impact action.

This works, but you'll have to experiment with the amount of time it takes depending on how much oil you think is in the ball. Sometimes I play 10 to 30 games a day. I played 14 on Friday and 31 on Saturday in the last two days, I remember it clearly. Knowing I had 45 games, I left my 15 pound Roto Grip Sinister Ball in the car for almost 12 hours. More oil came out of the bowl than I expected. I drained the oil and played 214 in the second game tonight. If you want to get it right without…

Works great if you have the right ball.

I've read some reviews that say it doesn't do anything and doesn't pull oil from the bullet. For this to work, you need a reaction resin ball. A plastic or urethane ball will not hold oil. I've used it twice on my jetball and the amount of oil that comes out is staggering. Look at the photos. There are about 40 plays on the ball in these photos. My ball has a matte finish. The photo shows how it shines. That's all the oil that's being pulled to the surface. There was also a puddle of oil in the

Good accessory product

A few years ago, as a professional shopkeeper, I bought an innovative double-ball oven that worked great. Not a single drop of oil has come out of THIS oven. I used 8 different balls used in all kinds of conditions and patterns and NOTHING but one warm ball. The other two said they had good results. I don't know if it's defective (doesn't heat to specified temperature) or not. Bought last year. I also tried contacting the manufacturer but I couldn't find any contact information. I think I…

love this shop. in sport

Works great so much oil in my first ball it took 3 hours but wasn't done in 6 months. Now I'm working on the second ball. Simple instructions provided, well made and easy to use, it's perfect for home bowlers. I don't understand why anyone would want to build their own, I think the price is right. The thermostat, fan and heating element are at the top, slots at the bottom to dissipate heat and keep it at an even temperature around the ball. A three prong bowling ball rack holds the ball to…

I earned well

Yesterday I received this device. Some of the reviews here suggested that the temperature might not be accurate, which is why I bought an HVAC thermometer as well. With the unit set to 135Β°F, I reached about 132Β°F after 15 minutes when inserting a thermometer into one of the vents on the bottom of the unit. Close enough for what it's used for. I put my Hammer Burgundy React-A-Thane bullet in it at 135F for about an hour and got no oil out, but it was recently overhauled by a pro shop. I then…

It's very simple and it works.

I have needed this device for a long time. I kept putting off buying it because of the price. I finally made it and placed my order last week. I collected it and drove three balls through processing. This Kugelbrotmaschine has an extremely simple design, with no frills. It has exactly what it takes to get the job done and do it well. The first ball I baked was fairly new, no more than 3 months old, and about a tablespoon of oil spilled out. I was surprised as the ball was so new and I clean it…

Expensive product but effective result

I don't usually write reviews but I felt there were very few reviews on the product so I thought I'd focus on a review from an avid bowler's point of view and bowling enthusiast. I think it's important to reiterate, like many others, that this is a very overpriced food grade dehydrator. Folks it's not hard to put together as some say. There are 4 pieces of plastic, three of which can be seen in the picture. The black cylinder stands on a red leg and the dehydrator on a black one. In the middle…

The best/safest way to taper the ball yourself!

This product is amazing! Worth its weight in gold for me. I have over 10 bowling balls and play 20-30 games a week. If you have 2-3 bowling balls and bowl once a week, it might not be worth it. THIS MACHINE IS THE SAFE WAY TO REJUVENATE THE BALL YOURSELF. The Jayhawk Detox Machine is the absolute best/safest way to get younger, but it's a $2,000 machine. I'm going to talk about some of the things that other reviewers have complained about as well as my observations after trying over 5 bowling…
