I love the look of the shoe and the great fit. I just can't get used to the laces and replace them. Shoes flap when walking. I threw the shoes in my bag after trying them on. On a walk, I found that they burst as I walked. I hope they loosen up with wear and this stops. I can't return them now. Great looking shoes and great but not the best.

Two stars only because they are comfortable for a short time after wearing them. I'll start with how painful it is to put them on and take them off. Speed laces are meant to act like an elastic cord and flex a little as you slide your foot into the shoe. The back of the shoe doesn't have a pull-on loop and the heel isn't stiff at all so you either pinch your toes or have to loosen and adjust the laces, which defeats the purpose of the speed laces.
