It's been a little over a year since other reviewers said.... THIS IS BROKEN! I just called the seller to ask for a new heating element, they said NO. You don't have them. I need to buy a new block. I will, but not from this brand or from this company. Very disappointing.

Purchased on July 5, 2020 Switched on today for color processing and never got hot! 6 months and it broke? I have searched my documents for warranty information or company contact information and there is nothing. How to repair or replace it?!

We were so happy about it but when we used it made a noise like something was coming loose. We used it like this for a week and customers asked what the noise was. When my husband disassembled it, there were nuts on the back of the bolt. The way the screws were placed, we couldn't reset them. I wonder how long it will be before this thing falls apart. I will contact the seller to see if they will replace it. Therefore, I will make another review once the situation is clarified.

I ordered these for my salon they stopped working after 6 weeks. You were well looked after by me and my colleagues. When they worked, they worked well. The return period is 30 days. I've been through 3 to replace it and now I have another one that doesn't work and it's expired return and I have no way of contacting the company. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
